Ingredients
Scale
- 2–3 large chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon browning seasoning sauce
- avocado or grapeseed oil (for grilling spray)
- Optional dipping sauces (Chick-fil-A sauce, G Hughes, Famous Clucking Sauce, Honey Mustard)
Instructions
- Place cubed chicken in a large bowl or Ziploc bag.
- In a small bowl, whisk together salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and browning seasoning sauce.
- Pour the seasoning mixture over the chicken and massage gently. Marinate for 30–45 minutes.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to 350–375°F. Lightly spray with avocado or grapeseed oil.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer and grill for 3–5 minutes per side, until cooked through and juices run clear.
- If using a pan, grill in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Transfer cooked chicken to a plate and let rest for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
- If using a grill pan, cook in batches to avoid steaming and get those crisp edges.
- Always use a thermometer—chicken should reach 165°F internally.
- These nuggets are air fryer–friendly too: preheat to 375°F and cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.
