Ingredients

  • ½ cup onion, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese (or a mix)
  • ⅓ cup finely diced pickles
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp burger seasoning (or mix of paprika, garlic powder, pinch of sugar)
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Optional Add-ins:

Turkey bacon bits

  • Minced jalapeños
  • Worcestershire sauce (just a few dashes)

Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened. Drain excess fat.
